RFQ’s/Bids/RFP’sPROPOSAL FOR GRANT ADMINISTRATION RFP 02-2026 – The City of Live Oak Requests proposals from individuals or firms to provide grant administrative services for a $3,895,500.00 Disaster Relief category of the FFY 2023 and 2024 Small Cities CDBG Program to make improvements to the City’s potable water system. This grant will be used for the Water Storage Tank and Water Line Loop Project. Administrative services will include project/program management, financial tracking, environmental review, reporting, project closeout, and related activities. Proposals will be considered on an equal competitive basis, using the following criteria:
